Day one chest and biceps. Day two Shoulder and traps. Day 3: Back and triceps 3 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise As for the abdominal muscles, it is best in the morning two days a week 3 sets of 15 to 12 reps of each exercise

3 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise Don't do all the exercises in just one day Large muscles such as chest, back, shoulder and leg need 6 exercises Small muscles such as biceps, triceps, trapezius and forearm only need 3 exercises

You made 4 workouts for the upper body into one video? That's why you only count till 6 and then start again from one? Or would it be best to try and finish the whole video with sets of 3 - 10 reps? Because it feels too much for one day It'll take like 2.5/3 hours 😅

The heavier the dumbbells, the better, but make sure they are right for you - you can work out with the weight you have available to you until you reach muscle failure.
