Yes, the number 1 house belonged to Tyler Perry who purchased the property in 2007 for $9mm and spent a reported $40mm to build the 34,688 sq ft mansion. He sold it for $17.5mm (an over $32mm loss) in 2016 to entrepreneur and evangelist David Turner who owns the web based Christian TV network "Jesus Live TV". The Turners just sold the property in May 2020 for only $15mm, $10mm less than the original asking price and a $2.5mm loss for the Turners. The new owner is long time Atlanta resident Broderick Harvey, better known as comedian and TV host Steve Harvey.

Grandma's apt is home to eight people son/daughter and their children, the baby's mother and Uncle Bobby. Wealthy people will live in mansions with an significant other like a spouse no children and no one else except the servants.

Most houses in that area are 1.5-5 million just for reference. Then there’s a handful houses/condos for 6-7 million
