In this video we show you the top 5 most expensive neighborhoods to live in Richmond Virginia! All of these Richmond neighborhoods are full of million dollar homes and if you have the cash they are absolutely some of the best places to live in Richmond Va.
We start east and work our way west across Richmond and its suburbs as we tour the most expensive neighborhoods full of luxury homes. The first area mentioned in this video is the Monument Avenue area. These homes are practically historic mansions located within the Fan area of Richmond. This is a very old part of Richmond city with most of the homes having an average year built of 1913!
Next we head to the most well known exclusive neighborhood in Richmond, Windsor Farms. This neighborhood tops our chart, it is almost impossible to get into this area for less than a million dollars. From this neighborhood we continue west along River road and find ourselves in the Mooreland Farms area. Mooreland Farms contains multiple individual neighborhoods but they are all connected and bordered by River Road and Gaskins. This is a newer area compared to the previous two neighborhoods.
The next two neighborhoods are south of the James River. We check out Founders Bridge which is a beautiful golf community located on the Independence golf club. Homes are on the newer side. Next is Hallsley which is our absolute favorite neighborhood in this video. We love that its a newer construction neighborhood full of custom builds with beautiful exteriors and amazing floor plans. The Hallsley amenities are also incredible.
Lastly we end in Kinloch which is located in the Manakin Sabot area. The benefit to this neighborhood is the beautiful nature setting and proximity to all the Short Pump has to offer. Multiple golf courses are located around the neighborhood, and there are even some new construction options to pick from.
