I have to play devil's advocate for a minute. When I was ages 5-7, the Hell's Angels used to hang out at our house. They were kind and generous, and they truly love kids. They always brought us presents for no reason, they helped a bit when a slum lord tried to kick us out, and their toy drives are 100% legit. That being said, do they have their faults and their own brand of justice? Yes. However, if you treat them the way you want to be treated, you will have their respect and even if you don't know it, you will also have their protection. Not all of the Hell's Angels are bad, malicious people, and had they turned over the guy who killed the kids to their faction or the head faction, they would have been brought to proper justice.

Another thing folks don't realize is most of them are also retired fuck around and find out combat vets

I used to hang with my aunt and uncle who were bikers here in Denver in the mid 70's. My parents forced me to go to a Catholic boarding school and I did for 3 years. All the bikers teased me little over it but we had a good time. When I announced to them I was quitting the Catholic school they threw me a party and gave me a Sportster. First day of school my uncle and two other bikers escorted me on my Sportster into the school parking lot. One of the guys did a burn out. They left and I walked to the school with everyone staring at me...that was the start of a good year!

I knew Buck. That's not him, that's Barger. Sonny Barger has a tracheostomy tube in his neck. Buck wears a glove on one hand (due to it getting burned, I think). Barger is a real legend, in my opinion, who has always lived up to their code of ethics - which one may agree or disagree with. Buck crossed several lines, and that is a shame which their code cannot abide. He became nothing more than a cautionary tale within a larger story. Too bad this channel started their video with a flawed set of facts because they kinda shot themselves in the foot by getting such basic info wrong. Any story worth telling is worth telling right, and if Barger saw this video, I'll bet he'd feel insulted.

HA, like all organizations, have some characters. Most are good men who are the toughest but kindest people you will ever meet. If you aren't a member but show respect, you will receive it in return. I grew up with a lot of clubs around me, and I am speaking from experience. They have rules just like prison. Don't mess with kids or the innocent, and a lot of members are prior service. There are some bad apples just like any other group, but that shouldn't define them all.
