Love your vids! A suggestion, especially when vlogging big events like festivals, etc., wear a T-shirt that displays your KZfaq channel name. That way you advertise your channel to everyone that sees you. Make a brand out of your KZfaq channel, a logo, etc. Advertising is everything.

Hi Michael I never made it to the concert it was over. I was helping and watching some folks building a float for the parade. It was nice to see you on Saturday. The whole weekend was amazing. Saturday night sat on the beach had dinner watching the concert. It does not get any better than that. Keep the great videos coming. Love Roxas City

Hey Brian, my I and my Filipina wife are retired and live most of the year in the Philippines. We enjoy your vlogs. We are surprised that none of your Filipino friends has not told you that the word MABUHAY means WELCOME. Not hello. If you are entering a resort they may say MABUHAY, but no Filipino says MABUHAY when you enter a resort or home or are saying hello to people on the street. KUMUSTA is appropriate. "koo moo STAH). When I look it up it says it means wishing someone a long life? And I have lots of videos where I'm greeted by that when I enter places. Maybe because tourism has been using the term often now.

Random question but is it advisable to not wash your face in the showers of hotels in the Philippines, in case you get it in your mouth? should I buy one of those gravity camping shower things and fill it up with clean store bought water and use that to wash my head and face and brush teeth?

I can't imagine ever going to those lengths, I've tested the water out of taps in a few places some met USA standards and some below but none had levels so bad I would go to these lengths

@@torres8988you make it sound like water is so bad in the Philippines. We grew up drinking water from wells we dug near the river in the country side, it's spring water, so delicious!. When I moved to Manila we drank from the tap. Never heard of anyone got sick, so I was shocked with your comment.

Just imagine we are working here in Manila and Luzon to fuel the economy while these Visayan people are doing nothing but party. How dare you. That's why I Am in separating Luzon to the other 2 islands. Luzon is 70% of the Philippines' economy. Only if Visaya and Mindanao would contribute more. Bakit ba natin pinapasan ang dalawang islas na yan. 😡

To be honest the Western visayas has the largest GDP growth of any region in the Philippines, tourism is a big and growing economy as well. "Western Visayas recorded the highest economic growth rate among all regions at 9.3 percent, exceeding the national average of 7.2 percent."
