It's been awhile since I've been able to catch one of your vids. Glad to see you're still out and about living your best life. BTW we use that heat index back in tge west especially in Florida with it being a subtropical climate most of the year and on those dog days when it's 100° F you betcha with the nasty humidity it gets up into that 110-120°F heat index at times; that's when they open up cooling centers, like when I lived in the North in the winter they'd open up night time shelters so people wouldn't freeze. We had a nice winter over here for the most part so I'm hoping the summer isn't going to be as horrendous as it's been the last 2-3 years. But I have to go binge some of your vids so I can. I'll be visiting my fiancée this June in the Philippines and enjoy watching your videos just to remind me of what it's like there and to see how the weather is there - I also visited her last September and we had a blast together. I look forward to eating more of the local cuisine this time. I'm no expert, but If Kat wants to learn how to swim on her own, have her start with doing the 'jelly fish' first. That's just curling her body into a ball with face down into the shallow water and just float. This will teach her how the body naturally floats. Then, she can progress to the doggy paddle. Once she gains more confidence, she can start floating on her back - remind her to arch her back for best results. Once she masters those basic techniques, she'll be ready for a basic swimming face down technique taking side breaths as she goes. I learned the hard way by someone throwing me off a boat - sink or swim technique. It takes time, but she'll quickly catch on. Good luck and stay safe and keep the great videos coming.

What a contrast to the other resorts in your recent videos. Kek In Dumaguete if you go down the road on the Sibulan side you pass the National Police headquarters, an old church with school, and then at the ocean you start encountering resorts. Some topnotch and new, some barely open with empty pools and buildings falling down, and everything in between, following the shore you eventually reach Sibulan Wet Market and can do the loop again or return to Dumaguete. You can buy a snack along the Barangay road or wait until the public market.

My Filipina is the complete opposite regarding talking compared to cat. She is a vlogger, though. We know how vloggers love to talk 🤣
