C. barca usually doesn't eat fish or shrimps. In their native habitat, they almost exclusively feed on frogs.

Wow you did not cheap out on the "filler" fishes, those angels alone are beautifully full sized too, go big or go home. Or in his case, get kicked out. His new house is amazing 👏 Respect for not putting them in a tiny tank, and not very stocking. You clearly got it down, great show tank. Let people know when you breed Mr. Thunder Dragon, his baby will be pretty little baby lightning drake

Beautiful fish & tank. It fights against the narrative that snakehead fish, that I prefer to use "channa" or " channas," are nothing but vicious killers. I am sure these fish are all well fed. I have found it is not so much the species but the Individual fish that can be the problem. Love the way the music goes with the movement of your fish.

actually channa species like Aurantimaculatas or Barca have 2 genres, the first love feeder fish, the second only offers worms and crickets

In my opinion just Angelfish he refers to as Mr Thunder Dragon friend, those small fishes are obviously his food. Their size is most suitable as food.
