This old 2 stroke EZ GO was just waiting for the opportunity to run again, and there's no time like the last minute to get it running again! Ended up going to the Super Sled shootout in MI and decided that a pit was a necessity for any self respecting race team. So, like any well respected race team, we headed out back to the scrapyard to source a new piece of equipment!
This old golf cart has been on the cusp of becoming scrap for over a decade, but it just refuses to give up. It was junk when I got it, junk when it was being used, junk when it was parked, and now slightly more mobile junk.

On the rear end suspension the spring brackets usually rust off the frame. Just clean them up and weld them back on. You might have to put a little piece of metal underneath the mounting bracket.

The seats just have a plywood bottom. Sketch out the pattern on another piece of plywood. You can do the same for the backs of the seats

If you're going to repost or those seats. Power solutions in vandalia Ohio. talk to Chris he'll get you the seat covers you need he probably has them in stock. He's a good source for used parts. Old body parts. They also do a lot of lift kits there. You could probably get the front end suspension used parts there too. Or put a 3-in lift kit on it. Set a 21s make it look good.

Those starter generators are easy to rebuild. Most of the time you just put new brushes in them repack the bearings

Hey I have a 1984, 340 enticer and I don't know why it won't run. When it was running it bogged a bit from stop if I gave touch throttle, I'm thinking that's a fuel pump issue? I really know nothing about mechanical stuff. I don't see any cracks in the fuel line, I have spark, it runs if I dump gas in the cylinders but it only runs for 10-20 seconds and it doesn't like to idle. I know this is a long shot but I'm just not seeing how to fix this thing rn

Pull the fuel line off at the carb, pull it over a few times, gas should start spewing out. If so your pump is likely alright, next step would be to take carburetor apart and clean it out. If not, could be something wrong with pump, or bad/cracked fuel line somewhere.

I don't know where you're located but vandalia Ohio places called powersports. Talk to Chris Hunter he runs the place. He can get you any part that you need. Used parts too. Virginia golf car and battery. Has a lot of old golf cars out back. They're all most of the parts are interchangeable.

looks same model as mine but mine has 2 stroke oil reservoir its not very fast mice nest everywhere even inside filter housing and steering with smooth tires never ends well ive never been able to get to to idle but maybe its not suppose to

The adjustment for the start/run switch that connects to the throttle is touchy, it's a balance to get it just right. Mine still isn't completely right for idle and low speeds, but backfiring is cool right? lol
