An untouchable maestro in the ring, a pugilistic artist and the hype king rolled into one - that was "Prince" Naseem Hamed. Bursting into the old-fashioned boxing world with a flash in the early 90s, he spent a decade breaking all the norms in a way that would be remembered long in the future. Today we march through the greatest hits of the British featherweight standout, who gifted the audience a plethora of incendiary moments.

Some might experience audio-video sync issues. If it shows that the video is 37+ minutes, it's a KZfaq bug. The video must be 36.49. We try to figure out how to solve it. Currently the best solution is to use a different device or to clear browser cache.

@@jasonluis8895 no, you're right, it makes sense. He loved who he was on the ring, he loved the whole ego play arrogance around boxing, he loved the sport, he seemed however very low IQ outside the ring and probably saw respect and manner as boring. I think he also reflects the UK Sheffield upbringing, kind of a hooligan. I think his whole role acting improved his enjoyment of the sport and played a positive part in developing his crazy innovative daring angles skills and everything. He merits the hall of fame, he was too good for who he was. His loss against Barrera kinds of puts the world back to normal, if that makes sense.

What most people often don't realize or give him credit for is that *Prince Naseem Hamed* single-handedly brought the lower weight-classes to popularity in the modern-day UK and US markets. Lower weight-classes rarely got mainstream coverage and they were never headliners in the West back then. *Prince Naseem* was so badass and entertaining that people and TV networks just couldn't look away even though he was a _Featherweight._

Prince Naseem was a GREAT boxer who defeated multiple world champs across all sanctioning bodies. The people trying to descredit him are genuine haters. He single-handedly brought the lower weight-classes like featherweight to popularity in the modern-day UK and US. If people are hating him because they don't recognize his opponents it's because there were no recognizable boxers in those classes _until_ Nas broke the doors wide open for all of them.

@MikeSaroglou - 28? Sure, when he got his butt kicked by Antonio Barrera who was also at the same age. Bacically he wasn't able to psychologically survive this defeat. And then you could see the difference in the class, movement, and fighting. Not even close to Barrera. He simply knew his time was done (or should I say his trainer, and boxing promoters milked all they could from his fights at this point). And he was actually knocked out cold too in his career - did fell like a doll on the ring, against the ropes, out cold. I don't remember the name of the other fighter, but there is youtube video out there to watch - so not sure what are you talking about in this point.

Great video. It's good that the Americans have made this video. It gives a true and unbiased account of his career and talents, leaving the British views of the times on his persona in the past. It shows most of his fights in good detail and reminds us with a clear mind that these fighters that he was dispatching were very credible contenders, and championship fighters with exceptional records. It wasn't "barerra and then everyone he fought before was rubbish". Anybody who continues to comment like that hasn't watched the video, or hasn't grown up. It was amazing to see that in fact many of his fights were stopped by the referee or the opponent's corner throwing in the towel. He was just too good for them.

Not only did he have anvils for hands, but he was also incredibly mobile and supple from the chest, which made him very difficult to hit. And what a look too. In short, a unique boxer who left an indelible mark on the memory of those who saw these fights, as evidenced by the almost 5,000,000 views. Very nice summary of his career.
