I Jen and Jill. I think they are great actresses, but I definitely don't ever plan on following (watching) them on GAC. *Edit: I honestly don't find Candace a credible actor. She can be if she has a good director/direction, but for the most part - she plays the roles all the same way.

Jen Lilly, Candace Cameron Bure, and Cindy Busby are actually three of my favorite Hallmark/GAF actors (with Bethany Joy Lenz, Natalie Hall, Merrit Patterson and Jessiica Lowndes being the others), and I can pretty much watch anything with them in it. However, I will say that I completely agree regarding Luke Macfarlane... he is a terrible, one-note actor and has zero chemistry with any of his leading ladies.

Glad there are these great actresses standing up for good Christian values and refusing to support the Hollywood sexual perversion movement. The only cringe worthy one I see is Hillary Burton and it's as if nobody wants her in anything now which is fine with me!

There’s also another actress from full house, who has been in hallmark movies, other than Cameron Bure’ , I can’t remember her name, but she doesn’t want to go to the other channel in the friendly app because she has gay friends. I don’t particularly care about her gay friends. They chose what side of the road they want to be on. There’s more Christians out there than it. They’re gay people.

I like Jan. She is a beautiful and talented actress. She has the right to express her feelings. Just because of some people religious beliefs about homosexual or same sex marriage doesn't mean you don't like the person. The Bible does teaches that homosexual is a sin. And if you are a Christian you have the right to stand up for your beliefs. If homosexual have the right to be who they are an can express it. CHRISTIAN have the right to stand up for their believe.

We have all kinds of laws that do not only permit, but require discrimination. Want to buy beer or smokes? Not unless you're old enough. No shoes, no shirt? No service. Want to go on the ride? Not unless you're this tall. Why are those laws okay? Because they don't generally involve immutable characteristics that we can't do anything about, like who our ancestors were. They involve behavior. People are free to dislike any behavior they choose. You get to dislike someone for picking their nose, passing wind, sucking their teeth, or dating someone of the same sex. Christianity does specifically call out both homosexuality and crossdressing (which would presumably include sex change operations) as sins. Christians are required to love their neighbors, but they are not required, or allowed to approve of their sins. My question is why we cater to this tiny, unbalanced fraction of our population, and why there seems to be such a push to get our kids to join the other team? Homosexuality and transgenderism are not survival traits for the human race. Does this come from the same crowd that wants to limit travel, cut your power, and make you eat bugs? My other question is if insisting Christians deny their faith to conform to your standards is not also bigotry?

I respect the acting skills of Luke McFarland and Jonathan Bennett, plus they are both good eye candy, regardless of their sexual orientation. And they both play opposite women very well. I am also a die hard Hallmark fan and own many Hallmark DVDs. Many of my favorite Hallmark actors have moved on to the Great American Family. And I say to myself, so what?

That's the main reason I stopped watching Soap Opera's. My favorite soap was General Hospital. It was hard to stop watching at first, but I haven't watched it for 10 years or more mainly because the gay crap (but also the bed-hopping)

I’m not fond of hallmark. I grew up on Christian values in Hallmark was a Christian show.. unfortunately, they took God out of the picture literally and they chose a homosexual atmosphere now people can bitch and moan about what I say but guess what everybody has a right to their opinion and I don’t care if people don’t agree to disagree but it’s my right. I find it funny, the intolerant demanding tolerance lol. Hallmark took their stance. Its their right. The actors and actresses that chose to go to GAC too a stand and chose, as is their right. some want diversity and inclusivity, and some want traditional Christmas movies. I don't see the problem with it, if I don't like something, I change the channel. Pretty simple. I don't care what others do in their bedrooms or who they choose to love. Happy New Year.

I’m another cringe, I hate how Hallmark movies has included the alphabets in their movies. The alpha people are anything but tolerant and are always trying to force us to think like them or like them. I won’t tolerate them until they tolerate me, how’s that??? They’re not trying to make you like them. They’re trying to get you to respect their humanity and right to be included. Asking someone to recognize your humanity isn’t asking much. As far as not being kind… Why be kind to the unkind, while you’re still taking the hits from them? Stop expecting them to be better Christians than you are. Ex: “I hate that they were included.” Definitely not WJWD.

Who cares about drama as long as you stand up for the truth God HATES the sin or Homosexuality (He hates ALL sin obviously), but that's the main reason I stopped watching Soap Opera's. My favorite soap was General Hospital. My atheism is worth a great deal more than your type of so called Christianity. We have empathy and intelligence, that so many Christians lack. Take voting for Donald Trump, he had a huge number of people voting for him, and quite a lot of them probably thought they were Christians, which is incredible given the kind of person he is. I didn't know he was gay maybe that is playing apart of the problem of him not having chemistry. Not saying all male gay actors have this problem seen plenty play straight romantic roles so well that I just assume they were into women in real life. Perhaps Luke is not a good enough actor to pull a straight guy off or his personal preference is why, maybe both. Ryan Pavey is another who I feel doesn't get good enough female co-leads I've only seen a few I feel he has good chemistry with but this could also come down to writing & directing. Hallmark has other films where the romantic leads didn't have chemistry.

I may be wrong but i noticed that it’s mostly women who like the romantic, kind of smaltzy movies. I admit to being glued to them during holidays. We like looking at the beautiful women and the handsome, strong, good guys. When women see Luke now visions of scenes from the Bros movie pops right in between him and the actress he’s with. You know he is not the slightest bit interested in what is going on between them.

I have no hate for any of these actors and think Luke McFarland has good chemistry with a number of his romantic leads, despite him being gay. If anyone who watches Hallmark has been paying attention, they would notice the network has swayed back towards its roots these past two years after appearing to go woke during the pandemic. I imagine it was because viewership was cratering and people were fleeing to GAC.

Let’s be real. If you want great acting, diversity, artistic cinematography and trope-less plots, Hallmark isn’t the place to go for it. DUH. And quite frankly, a lot of the actors ARE more talented than credited because the plots and scripts are a lot of times subpar. It’s the same story line a lot of the time with different locations, skin colors, and (sometimes different) actors. Acting through those scripts and making it seem like you believe what you’re saying-um, hello. That’s hard. 😂🤣 A lot of the time, I’m wondering WHO EVEN SPEAKS LIKE THAT!? Those who watch Hallmark ARE there for the stereotypes and tropes. They ARE there for what Hallmark branded itself for in the past: clean cut if not cookie-cutter romance. It’s comforting. There’s a time and place and audience for that. Those who don’t watch Hallmark but want to but in their two cents should shush. And it has, especially in the past, BEEN a specifically Christian (not Islamic, not Buddhist, etc.) friendly. They PUT OUT Christian movies. So why are people gasping at the Christian actors who left it when it went non-Christian (in homosexual romances)? And why can’t said actors/actresses not express the reason why they left? Why do people feel the need to project insecurities and need for the acceptance of strangers who specifically don’t agree with their sexual preferences? They don’t agree with your lifestyle choices. And? Do you need them to? And if you do, why? Lol That isn’t violence (like some claim), it’s just lack of validation. Others don’t think Christianity is valid or true or right. Same smell. And why must you have and fight for others’ validation of self? That speaks lack of self worth and heavy insecurities.
