Tai's blindside of Scot is probably my favorite Survivor moment. Seeing such a kind soul absolutely obliterate such a toxic personality by literally doing nothing is deeply poetic.

I never noticed but Denise is a HELL of a theatric player. She played the idol on herself, sat down, then after it was confirmed and Sandra felt all good, she stands up to play her next one. That's called milking the moment and she KNEW it and that's great

DvG moment has to be the John Hennigan blindside. The first and only minority split vote being successful and taking out a big character in extremely entertaining fashion is much more memorable than a standing contest, despite how hilarious Christian is.

Cirie's vote out in Game Changers is still heart-breaking to this day. If Cirie comes back again, there needs to be an endless Redemption Island even during the jury to make sure she makes it to final tribal lol

One thing that I think gets lost in the Ghost Island tie is that it's, to my knowledge, the first and only time that a player knew the winner before anyone else. Because Laurel had to vote to break the tie she single-handedly picked the winner of the game. It's kind of interesting since the do the final vote reading live, she had to sit there for months knowing who won the game. I bet the producers made sure that she didn't utter a word. But it's just funny to me nobody seems to mention that specific detail.

I think for winners at war the fire making challenge betweeen Sarah and Tony was the most memorable and brought the storyline between the two to a satisfying ending

David vs Goliath best moment had to be the Davie Idol play to get rid of 7 votes on somebody else who was Christian (that’s why in my opinion it’s better than wentworth’s 1st idol play in Cambodia) and the David minority vote split between John and Angelina, forcing Dan to play his idol on Angelina and sending John home in a 7-2-3 vote.

DvG best moment to me is the John blindside especially the minority split vote working. Winners at War is the Sophie blindside, changed the direction of the game and led to Tony being a 2x winner. The Sandra blindside was fine but it didn't help Denise down the track. Other than that not bad

Tony’s “llama speaking” moment with Chaos Kass is my favorite moment from his first season 😂 Tony is the GOAT!!! While Denise is an amazing player, and it was certainly an iconic move, it wasn’t necessarily the smartest one, although I’m extremely glad she did it. It put a huge target on her back for the rest of the season. It was far too early to make huge moves like that, which raise your threat level quite a bit.

If he played the super idol for Scot then the vote would have likely been 3 votes Tai 2 votes Aubrey causing Tai to leave the game.

I do have to disagree with 41s. I get where you’re coming from, but come on, you can’t tell me you didn’t lose it when Xander said “no but you can have this fake.” The first time I watched this me and my whole family lost it. So freaking iconic. Liana and Shan’s cocky grins was brought down with 7 words, and I dare say one of the most satisfying moments in recent years

Well, there's our Part 2. Well done making it so quickly! SPOILERS AHEAD... 21. I have to say, I do like Fabio. Definitely the high point of the season, which was otherwise snore-worthy. Jeff gets SO pissed at quitters, though, which I suppose is understandable, considering the effort everyone else puts in, even to the point of medical evacuation for the more dedicated or unlucky among them. I wouldn't be able to do this show, so I can't judge quitters too harshly on my own part...except Colton, but we'll likely get to him. I do not like Colton. Also, I think Fabio is a lot smarter than he wants to come off, and I really do like the winners who can do things intelligently enough to make it look like they're doing nothing at all. It's a principle in Daoism, one of my favourite religions, that a good leader is one who seems to do nothing, thereby giving power and confidence enough to the people for them to say, when the leader's work is done, "Look what we did! We did it!" In that sense, Fabio's win kind of sneaks up on you. 22. Rob IS this season, and I can totally understand Jeff's heterosexual crush on the guy. They'll never admit their true love for one another, but you know it's there, and will shine on through the ages. XD I do like Matt, though: he's a good, honest person: just one of Rob's more likeable victims is all. I wanted him to come back in and maybe give Rob a run for his literal money, but it didn't pan out that way. 23. The problem is, I like Coach so much that I was actually mad Sophie won this season. Considering her age at the time, though, holy shit, did she play an intelligent season. Pre-merge, though, you really do see how intelligent Coach himself is, eh? If he takes a slightly more nuanced approach to things, like he did this time around, good Gods, he ran Upolu like a cult. Post-merge, though, yes, Sophie started pulling the strings, and she was an avowed challenge beast, too. I'm not a physical person at all, so I tend to dismiss challenges as superfluous next to strategy, but she had BOTH, and I need to respect both sides. It's only fair. Gotta say, though, Cochran was of course among my favourites. Total stud in Rick's hat and Coach's coat, DAYUM. XD I like nerds. I AM a nerd. 24. This season was SO f*cking boring to me, really. Kim was a highlight, Colton was a low-light...and that's about it. I do like Kim for her brains, obviously, and she deserved that win, but on a cast that snore-worthy, who else was going to get it? Most interesting thing all season I could find to do was to bash on Colton, and that's not very nice. And NO, it's not because he's gay. More than half my friends are gay. It's because he's an asshole. And Troy needs to calm down. A lot. I don't like grand-standers. 25. Hi...Malcolm...swoon. I don't have a type as such, but DAYUM. dat boy pretty. XD Not much to say on this season for me, honestly, though I did appreciate Denise's win. She deserved it after coming so far with one of the worst pre-merge tribes ever. 26. Really? Not Brandon's very staged blow-up? Mind you, I do really like this moment, though, ultimately, it didn't accomplish much. Poor guys, but at least they were tight. I like alliances that don't fall apart due to disloyalty at some point. Usually happens more with duos, not trios, but still, it's good to see the hanging together. 27. I'm a very principled person, and my family is the most important thing in the world to me, so I'd cut off my own arms before doing this, but damn, you have to admire her guts, not to mention how graciously it goes down in the end. My mom wouldn't yell at me for it, either, but I'd kick myself for the next twenty years for it, for sure. 28. You know, I actually really liked this season, and I have to say, at least 75% of that is literally just because of Spencer. Smart AND sexy and has an attitude, but not as nasty as Jeff initially thought he was. He's among my favourite players ever. Hope he comes back again: he added some spice to the stew, so to speak. Tasha, too, by the way: once I knew Spencer couldn't win, I wanted her to, but, alas, 'twas not meant to be. Don't get me wrong, though: I like Tony now. I didn't at the time, but I changed my mind. 29. I would define her in very Russell Hantz-like terms: "the thing that just wouldn't DIE." Only, in her case, it's a compliment. 30. Ooooh...you know what? I literally can't remember this season, and it's not my fault. I'd sustained a really nasty brain injury that wiped a lot of memories, and among them was a season or two of Survivor, unfortunately. Weird kind of memory damage called "anterograde amnesia": you don't struggle to remember PAST things: you struggle to MAKE new memories. So anything you just did will slip through your brain like a sieve. Think Dori from "Finding Nemo". That was me for a few months. So, unfortunately, I'll have to take your word on this one. I know it happened, but I don't remember it. He seems like an absolute beast, eh: I like that. Like I say, I need to show more love to the challenge beasts, not just the strategists. 31. This season is a LITTLE clearer in my brain, but not much. "Coven" is pronounced like "cousin", by the way, just with a V. But Kelly is a total champ, and I respect her gameplay. You wan dominating women in Survivor? Look to her for how to do it. 32. Okay, I started coming around this season, so I remember it almost fully, and those guys were D*CKS. I can't believe they pulled Thai in: he's such a sweetheart! Was he scared or something? Aubrey, though, I like her very much: she struck me as intelligent, and you already know my bias towards that. Just so long as Scott or Jason didn't win, I was happy. 33. Adam, Adam, Adam. He's the only one I wanted to win, and he DID win, and for God's sake, EVERYONE can relate to his story. I just lost my favourite aunt to cancer las week. She died holding my hand. So it's even more relatable now. 34. I love her. I do. And it IS iconic, because you needed a freaking drawn-out chart just to understand what the hell happened. And even if it's at your own expense, creating a moment THAT iconic can't really be called a bad thing. Mind you, I wonder how she'd see it on her end? But I think Jeff likes her, too, and she deserved that standing O. 35. I didn't like him, but you need to give him props for two things: this and military service. I think the military is a repugnant institution, designed to prey on the weak throughout the world so that America can feel good about itself, but that is NOT the fault of soldiers. War i designed to keep its winners in line as well, of course, hence the prevalence of trauma and the lack of help for it. I don't want to frame him as a "poor little thing" either: you just don't see the sons of rich men out giving their lives for such a concept as "king and country". He deserves respect because he was willing to go and get himself traumatised ,an potentially killed, while other more cowardly people, who effectively own the world, will not go out to do that which they demand of others. 36. I'm going to keep this one short: THAT WAS SO F*CKING COOL!!! 37. Christian...Christian...you know the whole moral of the Bible is that God likes the little guy, right? And I do too. Only difference is, unlike the God of the Bible, I'm not a f*cking sociopath. Christian is among my favourite players ever. Can he come back please? I want. I feel strong want. And I love at the end there, poor guy can barely move his arms. Ouch. 38. I was like, "OH MY GODS, GOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" at the time, but now I'm kind of wondering whether just ONE really, really good move gives you the right to win...? Oh who am I kidding? Of course it does! In some cases, anyway. I love Devons, too, though, and until Chris pulled that stunt, I wanted Devons to win. 39. Snore...snore...snore...huh? I wasn't sleeping, I promise. Only problem is, it's just Dan the f*ck-wit that's memorable about this season, and as you say, for all the wrong reasons. I did very much like the dynamic of his victims pulling together to support one another in a VERY real-world way. Too real-world for this game, and I know this season could have destroyed the show. Scum, though: they need to screen people better, maybe. I don't think they can afford this kind of thing again, both literally and figuratively. 40. Much better, and, see, THIS shit is why I love Denise. Sandra was always kind of a "meh" player in my book, because I don't really respect how she gets to the end, but I do like her on a personal level. F*cking firecracker, just like me, so i like that, but it's all the more reason why Denise needed to take her out, unfortunately. 41. Sigh...and I had such a good feeling about her, dammit! I would ask, "You sure you don't want to wait till the end to publish this opinion?", but you're right: not much is likely to surpass this. Xander is now my male and Leana my female (I do that every season: I pick one of each to root for), but since I know Xander can't win--I'm sorry, he's too headstrong, even though, yes, younger people have won--I'm rooting for Leana primarily. I always hated how Adam used his ailing mother as a prop to win a million bucks. Everyone has a sad story, but you should be judged on gameplay and not life outside of survivor.

Sorry but imo Mike (S30) is not a good guy. He was the one who first suggested that will was lying about the food, which then got blamed on Shirin. When will blew up at her mike said nothing about his own involvement, he just tried to act like a hero even tho it was directly his fault. Do I even need to bring up the loved one letter fake out?

I think it’s a little unfair to criticize Ben for ignoring the social game and using idols to get to the end but not criticize Mike for doing the same thing but with challenges. The two are equal in their luck dependency and both winning games should be equally frowned upon.

Shan is arguably the best player within the last couple seasons and had they not vote her out she would’ve won … so sad to see her go hope she comes back
