Does this exercise build imbalances as i want to build strength on my right jacking of arm
@_brocklee
@_brocklee 5 жыл бұрын
That’s because when your arm is internally rotated and your elbows are elevated at the same time, you’re pinching your supraspinatus tendon pretty hard and it’ll develop into a tear over time.

Six pack abs is a waste of time in the gym. You need to think about why you got into this in the first place. Just focus on getting colonists to the egg chamber and the rest will fall into place.

I'm from Canada, and we started doing this exercise back in 1959, so you taught us well, and we're thankful that it hasn't changed a lick since then! It makes us all have really big muscles, in all the right places, like, on the west coast, and the east coast, and even up north. So, thank you for inventing that! We're only sorry that you didn't invent it in Nineteen Fifty Fahve. (Like I said, I'm from Canada, I had to be sorry about somethin)
