After that the judge has complete discretion to send you to jail or prison. My dad has 10 fuckin OWIs. He was on the news. His last one he got less than a year after the prior. They FINALLY decided to send him to prison on 10. 9 DUIs. Can you think of how many times between getting caught he could’ve killed someone.
