This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Franklin Homes. We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Beautiful house but not in Florida with hurricane seasons and the home insurance crisis there with them leaving tne state...I would definitely build this home but somewhere more stable without the extreme weather patterns.

Former elevator mechanic here. Elevators are complex mechanical-electrical systems and should be maintained and inspected in line with local laws as well as manufacturer's recommendations. Don't compromise on safety and enjoy your vertical transport!

I normally don't like multi-level homes but, since it has an elevator, I really like this one. In fact I think this is my most favorite of all the homes I've seen you tour. I also like all the finishes. That rarely happens.

We would appreciate it Deeply if anyone could pray for us our 12 year old daughter Candice living with chronic congested heart failure passed away peacefully in her sleep may 30 2022 we are all devastated please pray for peace and comfort with God's love conquers all amen we lost our first daughter 15 years old Angel passed away peacefully in her sleep in 2018 she had Ms this is very hard we are grateful to God for two wonderful daughters and we will be altogether again praise God praying For Everyone everyday God bless you all.

Except for the white cabinets, I love it! The elevator would be great for people with mobility issues, too, not just the elderly!!! I would love cooking and baking in that kitchen with the grandkiddos!

I love this home, the only thing it didn't have was a pantry, but the kitchen is so well laid out, you really don't need one. The laundry room is a dream, keep up the good work.

Pensacola beach is gorgeous, and I'm not a sand lover. My sister lives lives right near there in Molino, and I got the pleasure of visiting her last summer. As long as it isn't raining, hot dang! 🎉

You have FINALLY found it Chance!! I would buy this house in a heartbeat!you ticked off everything I wanted/required: non-electric fireplace, gashob, dual oven w/French doors,enough bedrooms and baths for when the kids/grandkids/other family/friends visit AND an elevator!! And the idea you for the ground floor space making it a recreation/games room is a good idea especially for larger families!8Great job!!

Beautiful beach house. Very... Florida style. Elevator! Good but costly and must maintain repairs and inspections. See that it has alot of space in each bedrooms as it sound like it is for multiple families together to have fun on vacations.

The kitchen and the laundry room are the best. I must say that the length and height of the garage is something to consider for the future. The first floor suite needs to be reworked for privacy.

I like everything about this house. Especially the floor covering and the counter tops. I have seen a similar oven being used by a professional chef. Would love to have one! 😢Love this home, from garage that actually fits 2-4 cars. You can park 2 cars and STILL have storage. Great space and storage in kitchen, dining and living room. Love all bedrooms...decks oh Elevator a bonus, especially from garage, but would probably use stairs from 2nd to 3rd floor.Great Fla. home. Thank You. Btw are elevators included in Home warranty company, do they service them, add on or separate company to maintain them?😮

The house itself is awsome, but whoever put that TV in needs to refund any money paid for the install. Not only does it look like it's about to fall off the wall, but they put the sound bar driectly behind it. That is going to sound worse than the TV speakers.

Livingroom is tiny, no pantry either. Feels crowded to me. I gave you a like because I appreciate you showing it, but I really don't care for it. Garage is best part. 😊

Lovely home has just about everything I'm looking for it's just missing the family room and it would be perfect if it had a master on the first floor and the second floor than it would be my dream home

This house would make a great Airbnb with a few tweaks the bathroom to make it handicap accessible with railings and large enough for a wheelchair the elevator alone is priceless that means I can get into the unit rent a space in the unit and be able to enjoy the comforts of it talking about a R&B Plus I myself have been looking for Aaron B and B's and I'm telling you most homes I keep calling does not have a cap accessibility features unless you go to a hotel this here is a game changer I don't need anybody in a wheelchair who likes to travel I think something like this would be a great Urban B&B yes it may need some tweaks like the bathroom needs to be a little wider maybe washer and dryer on the lower area and stuff up and down unless you have a helper of this would be great
