Just make magnesium oil & apply it on your skin 2 to 3 times a day. There is no magnesium in your veg (grown in water even if organic) or fruit as there is very little of it in the soil. Sigh.

I was getting muscle cramps on my feet and Charlie horse. My mom told me it was due to lack of magnesium. She gave me a magnesium ointment. I apply it on my legs and or feet when a painful cramp wakes me up. It works great. Now I'm researching the foods that contain magnesium. I need to add these foods to my diet.

*THE* most difficult nutrient the get through diet is not Magnesium, but potassium~ another of the electrolytes so vital for our health! Another shortcoming if you listen to your doctor trained in 50-70 year old science is sodium. Not that blue box stuff. Get a quality Himalayan or sea salt.

Instead of processed snacks, replace it with bananas and plantains, very rich in potassium
