What does it take to change your personality? In this episode of On Purpose with Jay Shetty, Dr. Joe Dispenza says people have more potential than they give themselves credit for. Empowering people to discover their potential and reveal what’s possible has become Joe's life work.
You'll learn how to effectively fight your victim mentality, fully embrace and envision the future. "When you're changing, you just stop talking about it. You're just too busy being it."

I have been listening to Dr Joe Dispenza for the last 8 months and I have completely changed my life around. I don't even remember the last time I was angry with anything or anyone. It's been a long journey and a lot of work, but my energy and my old self has completely disappeared. I am no longer who I used to be and I am so grateful and so ready to help as many people as I can with this new knowledge. Lets go.. what do you have to loose?

I’m so glad I was recommended Joe, it is life changing, I’m still in the beginning process but I no longer get as angry or frustrated as I used to, I understand life a bit better and my understanding for people has improved so much. I’m so grateful for his teachings and the person I’m becoming because of them. I’m so glad you are learning from it, we need better humans on this earth.

@@antonette2113 You don't erase the past. What happened, happened. But what is the "past", really? It is, or was, a succession of "now moments" that happened, and they no longer exist. Nice! The Bible talks so much about the heart. Nice to have empirically based data support the intuitions that many of us already have had. Nice to have views expressed in a calm non excited state. I do not prefer to hear 😕 preachers trying to whip people into an emotional frenetic hypnotic state. This is much more in tune with my personal frequency. Thank you for this upload. You are kind to do so. Shalom.

@Veeresh Gogeri thank you for your beautiful response, that was insightful as I am on this journey to understanding what self love truly is, because it is easy in western culture to associate self love with material fixation like eating better, resting more, sorrounding yourself with good people which are all valid and important but i find that they often throw out there repetitive mantras to " love yourself " without going in depth nor portray real understanding of what self love truly entails.

You can and will change following him and his work. Be as consistent as possible. When you don't feel like doing his meditation, keep doing it any way. When you don't see results, don't worry, keep going anyway. The animal wants to remain in control and it may feel uncomfortable. If you feel uncomfortable because of your meditations that's a good sign. You can and will do it just by doing the work (not quiting)

For many people it takes hitting rock bottom to finally wake up and realize that what they have been doing their entire life isn't working. It's what shakes them to finally see that something needs to change. If people had this knowledge sooner, hitting rock bottom wouldn't be necessary, people could skip the terrible pain that comes with getting so low. I am that person who had to learn the hard way. I know now that my thoughts, personality, and my suffering isn't fixed and that I have control of what happens in my life simply by taking control of my own mind. It takes discipline and real commitment but it is possible to create a better life for yourself.

KiKi, hope you're well. I wanted to share a little of my past to hopefully spread some love and light to you. I also struggled with depression for many years, until I found the research of Joe Dispenza and other wellness coaches online and through KZfaq. I have put together a quick breath work and transcendental meditation video where I describe what I am feeling and how I am applying these principles in my life. Hope this helps in some way! kzfaq.info/get/bejne/m9mWicaKmJ_LfGw.html

@@owenfitzpatrick6498 appreciate you asking that man. I still meditate at least twice a day for 40 mins, before I got to sleep and after I wake up. The first meditation is always Joe Dispenza's morning meditation, I really enjoy that one. The second guided meditation is an abundance meditation made by Sri Akarshana which I also enjoy. Throughout the day I do a small meditation that isn't guided, so more like self-inquiry. Plus, I'm still watching lots of videos daily about manifestation and other spiritual topics, Joe Dispenza's succes stories that people share, etc.

27:20💥 32:00 when feelings get heavy, how to handle? Soln: the act of closing ur eyes & rehearsing what u r going to do...begins to install the neurological hardware in ur brain which looks like u have already done it. Now the brain is no longer the record of the past but a map to the future. If u keep installing the hardware, the hardware becomes a software program, which means u will start acting like a happy person..why? There's no magic there..bcz u installed the circuitry. It's more imp than talking Abt ur past or checking ur phone, take a break & begin to practice. In the beginning, it takes a lot of awareness & consciousness to practice. But if u r persistent, determined & sincere,..u begin to figure it out. U think like ' I'm not gonna give my power to that person/ thing & worry Abt it..but instead I'm gonna use it to heal & create the things that i want in life.

@JoshAngel 3 жыл бұрын
Anna Winek there was a turning point in my life where what I was told of my father and the actual reality were not the same. I was told my entire life that my father didn’t care about me at all. Then I was given a huge stack of hand written letters (front and back) that were written to me from my father when I was just a couple years old. After that, I decided it was time to not only forgive but to seek him out to repair and begin a new fresh relationship. We finally met when I was 22 (I’m 30 now) and things were seemingly going great. I have forgiven everything and just wanted my dad in my life ya know? A month later I accepted Islam. I’ve maybe talked to him 5 times since. He didn’t want a relationship after I accepted Islam. I still forgive him. But in all honesty it’s a constant, daily conscious effort not to allow myself to fall into the same traps with my own children even though I’m here with them, but am I really present? And if you aren’t present, a “body” in the room won’t remove the same feeling I had towards my father who wasn’t around. Hope that makes sense lol, and sorry for the long reply. I’ve never been able to say yes or no lol

I'm short, every situation is a creation. It isn't a reality. You are in control of every situation. Once you stop seeing the wrong, not the bad(if you see bad, ask yourself, Why am I in this situation? Do whatever it takes to move away from bad) and you start to see what you can do. Changes everything. Joe talks about a life I lived and only over the last couple of years listening to him talk have I become aware of this state. Since, age Six, after a near drowning, my psychological state changed to the state Joe talks about. How my parents raised me allowed me to hold on to it. This state of mind will move you in to the unknowns. Your curiosity is the strongest working force we humans have. It know you and what you're capable of achieving. You just have to trust in it. Let it go and the creating will happen. Why? Because your curiosity and imagination go hand in hand. Making it possible for you to do anything. All businesses are creations, as is everything inside the business, as is with every step the business takes to be successful. Which means, every business can grow. It's done through creating. Tony Robbins talks about innovation. Creating is the mechanism that brings on the move to innovate.
