There are over 100,000 chemical reactions that take place in our cells to metabolize energy so when someone says they have THE answer, they may have a tiny piece of the puzzle that only fits 50% of the population. Academic research even from universities regarding obesity is often clouded with special interests. I don't think the issue will never get solved because there's too much money in sickness

I’ve seen many people who’ve been married for decades and they’re like look we made it, knowing that their marriages were not happy, maybe they don’t like each other or can’t stand to be around each other, that there was infidelities, children born out of the marriage there’s so many things and everybody knows it and yet here they are celebrating 30 years together 40 years together and it’s not a happy union and it’s like, such a waste of time.
