I bought 10 kilos of tomatoes, we wash the tomatoes well first.
Then, with the help of a knife, we cut the tomatoes into four equal parts by carving the green area on the stem. After cutting all the tomatoes and putting them in a large pot, we burn the stove very hot and do not turn the bottom off until the tomatoes are watered. After the tomatoes are watered and boiled a few times, we break the tomatoes with the help of a blender. Then we put it back on the stove and wait for it to boil. At this stage, we heat both the jars and the lids with hot water and ensure that the heat is not lost. We fill the boiling tomatoes in the jars we prepared. Again, I recommend that you try our cover closing method, which is an important step. When closing the cover; We close it with 3 back and 1 forward.
