I somehow find Dark Urge moments pretty funny despite being these pretty dark moments where innocents die etc. What makes it fun is that how angry everyone gets and then there is this funny goblin butler encouraging you to do more things.

No, my most regrettable thing I've done was utterly failing here. My first playthrough was as the dark urge, and at this point I failed to either kill or save Isobel. Instead she got kidnapped. I got none of the rewards, and all of the down sides. All of the tieflings died to the shadow curse. Jaheira died in the fight afterwards. And I got yelled at by my butler. It was the most heart wrenching defeat I've had in this game.

I like Lae’zel and Astarion’s responses best here. Everyone (besides Minthara of course) falls under this category of “miffed and scolding, apparently shaken by your actions but not enough that they do anything about it.” Astarion and Lae’zel’s responses make sense with the characterization we get of them and the actions they take immediately after. They’re not upset enough that they’re going to leave or attack you, but they do think you’re a bit stupid for killing the cleric, which is a fair conclusion for them to come to given their worldview

When I did my evil playthrough, I felt bad about things, even knocked out Alfira so I didn't Durge her. Then when the grove fell, I found all the children gathered around her, dead in their hideout...I had to stop for a while.

You know you're pretty damned horrible a person when an actual Sharran that dreams of being Dark Justiciar is pissed off that you killed a Selunite. I love this option. I just did it with my Durge and I will probably opt to do it every time. To evil to pass up.

To dodge the blame, have Shadowheart kill the Nightsong. Isobel still dies and the Butler still rewards you.

My first DURGE playthrough, I didn't go to last light inn. I met Isobel after freeing Dame Aylin. After they came to camp, I used banish on Aylin and killed Isobel before she came back. From then on, there was a dead Isobel body in every camp laying next to Aylin and she never acknowledged it. 😆

No regrets for my Lloth-sworn Drow Shadow Monk Durge, she revelled in it (and killing the pixie and convincing Shadowheart to kill Nightsong). I actually don't recall my companions being disappointed. Just entered Act 3 on that playthrough and still not tried out the reward yet... might just save it for a special encounter as I've heard it isn't that great, but for that encounter... totally worth it.

My biggest regret that I mentally couldn’t keep going on is destroying Alfira’s lute, it’s demoralizing as hell. Killing her is better then breaking her lute, no changing my mind there.

Can someone explain Shadowhearths reaction please? I am doing a (non Durge) evil playthrough currently in act 3 with now "evil" Shadowhearth. Even in act 2 whenever I killed someone she never disproved. I mean in the end, without going into any detail spoilerwise, I let the whole inn die with my actions and everyone was totally fine. Why is she so pissed in that video? I dont get it. Feels like a totally different character to the one I had with me two acts

I am sitting here, having essentially the same results (But with Jaheira dying) and I got nothing like this? I didn't personally kill Isobel, she got downed in combat and then was kidnapped.

My first playthrough is as me, who id wager myself as in this situation, and it took me 2 hours and so mant reloads to keep Isobel alive. In the end it was more or less for Karlach, because Dammon dies in the insuing chaos after Isobel dies, and i really wanted to give Karlach the right to touch others back. Turns out she was a formiddible ally in the end, even if i was saving her for another, more important characters sake ^^; woops!

I recruited Minthara, freed the Nightsong, then went to Last Light after Jaheira left, killed Isobel and the others who were still there, then went to Moonrise and killed Ketheric and recruited Jaheira. Also managed to get the Slayer form in there.

It's like you're a dog. Laezel is scolding you. Astarion is playing nose goes on who has to clean up the mess, and Minthara is telling you it's not your fault you had to 'go' she would just prefer you do it outside. Truly the most 'Ride-or-Die' of all the companions.

So... Karlach and Halsin tell you to be better after this murder... But got all pissy about me killing the Tieflings lol. Karlach wasn't even on the team yet, and Halsin... idk where he is yet. I headed back to Selune temple to slaughter goblins for extra exp and gear, only to see they packed up. I knew i should've killed them after i got Minthara to leave😂. But I'm loving this third playthrough
