Yes you can win with the poke for sure, but in pro games like Dom said you need to get on the objective first so that you can poke them when they come, and then do the objective with an advantage or just start and finish the objective. Meanwhile teams that suck ass you now have 2 characters with 0 utility lol. Of course worse teams will struggle to make characters like that work, they literally do NOTHING but damage, which historically just does not cut it in League. Having even 1 character like that is often a bad choice, but 2? I have a feeling we will see a lot of teams making Ezreal-Corki (when picked as a combo) look so fraudulent, and honestly they just are.
