I N G R E D I E N T S:
For the tender dough:
150 g of butter, room-temperature
1 egg (small or medium-sized)
60 g of powdered sugar
70 g of starch
2 tsp of baking powder (equals around 15 g)
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
330 g of flour
60 g of neutral oil, e.g. sunflower or rapeseed oil
2 tbsp of yogurt or alternatively milk
🔥 180° C top and bottom heat
🕑 18 minutes
For the apple filling:
2 medium sized apples
1-2 tsp of sugar
0,5 - 1 tsp of cinnamon (to taste)
80 g of chopped nuts, e.g. walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds,…
Also:
1 tbsp of powdered sugar for the fiinish
