Two things: 1. Destructive Impulse gives value to the noisemaker destructibles (Tables, Chairs - items that have no yields normally when destroyed) in the opposite manner of Earth's Delights (ED makes you destroy on arrival to get power increase, while DI makes you destroy later on in order to recover). It's just a shame that randoms really love their noisemakers making noises 2. I'm gonna miss S4 purely because the flex of "FIRST, Anniversary" won't be here anymore, but at least we'll be closer and closer to the flex of "SECOND, Anniversary"

Man, “most toxic” build definitely includes Unconcious control and IT in some fashion. Usually a stun, and either Energy Barrier or After-Image. Destructive Impulse takes too long to be useful even maxed at 20 with boosted bars from other passives to be worth it *over* how easy it is to B spam occasionally trying for vanish kicks and not even have taken that damage to begin with.

I would much rather go up against your build than someone with Unconcious control, After-Image and a stun while using the super transphere, because their *whole* game became reduced to mostly pressing one button. Dodge till raider stops looking at you, ki spam to chase, super every time they stay still for a millisecond, after image when neccessary, stun when in close range (right after After-Image always works). Thanks for the reply though, love your content! Bonus: Everyone else running against Broly was a perfect example of how to used ranged stuns (Shoe and Go-Go) when “backing up” the main fighters, prioritize throwing the stuns when the players clash in melee and you’re gonna have a grateful super transphere fighter. The nightmare to fight: Actives: After-Image Solar Flare Energy Barrier IT (Change to Saiyan pod for Broly) Passives: - Unconscious Control - Power to Change the Future - Trained by an Angel - Usually Sprint or Expert Driver Speed passive for outside of combat.

I wonder what it would be like if raiders had variable skills like survivors. I usually think of this game somewhat like Dead by Daylight, though different in a few fundamental ways, and I realized while Survivors in this game have fully customizable loadouts, raider loadouts seem restrictive. I don't know that for sure since I don't play the game, but it seems like every Raider playing a specific character has nearly identical kits to each other, with very slight deviation.

I assume you play dbd so I'm gonna translate it to dbd so the equivalent would be that killers would only have their own perks with the only difference between the same killer being leveling them up for lower cooldowns on skills and such

That is not the most toxic level 4 build. It is not. And I will not run this Build I will instead run this. Actives- Diviner(pod for Broly) and after image IT, Barrier (grapple for Broly). Passives- PTCTF, PBP, Trained by angel (souls for Broly), UC which is about 700 limit gauge with the best dodge in the game. That is much worse to deal with than this build. Oh yeah and do not forget the Orange special beam cannon.

Not sure what you mean because I live recorded this, also don't think it was particularly unbearable for a significant amount of time. I recorded this in a setup that's not my own so keep that in mind.
