I love fresh water cats don’t get them to big or the meat is kinda mushy sometimes but I love frying them up in nugget size and having a good dipping sauce. Where I live in Texas they have always been real clean.

My uncle was a fisherman in México. My grandmother used to make the tastiest saltwater catfish soup.

Grew up watching all of them....my grandpa used to make his own worms, make jigs and weights, make buzzbaits, and make plugs out of wood.
