This is what you get when creatives are allowed to do what they want. No EA executive, no Ubisoft executive, no Activision-Blizzard executive, would have ever allowed something like this to be made. I am very grateful to Remedy. This is a game I’ll remember for a very, very long time.

Sam Lake had to fight to keep the music segment in the game. Many of the staff thought it should be cut.

I've seen this a few times and it's still not getting old yet. Big kudos to everyone and the people who managed to make sure the song never misses a step, no matter how long someone takes to go through a level, it's just amazing. If this doesn't win an award then I am not sure what justice there is.

Yesterday i;ve played trough the musical episode in AW2, till Today i'm blown away. I though that the fight on a big stage in AW1 was Epic but Brothers&Sisters, Old Gods of Asgard did it again. Remedy you have nailed it. This is most epic thing i'have ever seen in video game, and i'm active player since 1990. Can't get it out of my head. Poets of the Fall are unbelievable, they deserve a no1 prize for that. And road for the Best Game Of The Year for AW2 is on !

I don't know why but I was almost brought to tears by it. Just clearly a true masterpiece of love and passion for not only the game and its characters but also music. Hands down one of, if not my favorite sequence I have played in my near 35 years of gaming.

Poets of the Fall make the best songs for these Remedy games (they are Old Gods of Asgard) and they have an album coming out on Dec 8 with all of their work. They did great tunes for the first game and CONTROL, so I was super excited to see what they made for AW2 and I was not disappointed at all

The most impressive part of this sequence is if you get lost they had the band do improvised guitar solos to compensate for the time between the vocal parts

Hey welcome in! Thanks for checking out the channel. I have actually played the beginning of control but never got around to finishing it. I played through Alan Wake remastered and was hooked, had high expectations for this one and it has not disappointed!!

@@GooCrewGaming Good to be here! Control I think was fantastic...BUT and this might be popular..i liked Quantum Break even more..Alan Wake 2 seems to be kind of like Andor (if youve seen)...its for a lot of people but not everyone..i gave it an 8/10 though looking forward to the photo mode and dlcs!
