Why dies one of the children get a diaper but the other one doesn't ?? Both babies need them to stay drier , cleaner and from stooling on themselves or on the floor .. I agree with other comments bathing ,which is needed everyday ! And bedding should also be kept clean or they stink and become uncomfortable to sleep on .
