Nice video - it may be worth clarifying that a motor unit's innervation is homogenous in that the (alpha) motor neuron exclusively innervates one and only one type of extrafusal muscle fiber (S,FR, FF). Thus force is exponentially increased as each fiber type is de-polarized as their respective activation potential is reached by the voltage level of neural input - ref orderly recruitment of muscle fibers
