Weighted pack training has been a part of MTNTOUGH’s programs since the beginning. Originally specialized for backcountry hunters, our heavy pack workouts simulate what a hunter will experience in the woods, building critical back and leg strength to prepare hunters to carry heavy loads over long periods of time in rugged terrain. Now, we are bringing the same concept to military workouts with the MTNTOUGH Military Pack Test.
The MTNTOUGH Pre-deployment Program is built for, and with the help of active members of US Special Operation Forces, for their specific needs. After two solid years of testing and developing, it's finally ready. You don't need to be an operator to do it, you just need discipline and a strong work ethic. We've seen absolutely incredible results in both our operator friends testing the program, and our local lab members, exclusively in MTNTOUGH+.
