I agree, constant spam with sickness in your realm just makes me refund this DLC

Honestly, I think this DLC is one of the best for CK3. The mechanics it introduces are great bc they finally make the game a little more challenging.

@@suppehd brilliant what is the point of DLC then? Btw the settings are defaul, the problem is when you rule empire you will capture more sickness territories and it is annoying as hell. They should manage notification specifically per domain, not per borders

But I never hear these songs in the game? What is with CK3's dynamic music. It never plays anything good.
