Almost 2 decades since this came out and it's still an absolute tune. Brings back memories of road tripping after high school. Hope all the guys in the band are doing great. Thanks for making this album.

Remember hearing this on radio 1 first time it was played and it blew me away after waiting for new music from them ..,wasn’t blown away by the album as a whole but this track is incredible and come what may which were the first 2 tracks they sent out as tasters ..

One of my favourite bands ever! You gotta love a heavy rock band so funky that you can actually dance to them! And I actually believe a major contributor towards them not taking off and conquering the planet was their name.

I was obsessed with this band in the early 2000's...but I havent listened to them in a decade. This is great to hear again, and still sounds as good as it did back then. Awesome, and they were from my home town too!

Agreed. The name didn't help. Was tricky to search of them even back in the 00's! Rob's various addictions probably didn't help, but i'm not sure they were managed/promoted effectively. I think I'm right in remembering that The Music were managed by the same guy/team as The Streets? They may have been more successful if they'd had a more conventional 'rock' management & strategy...

Just been travelling across the planet for a bit. Nobody had ever heard this band, nor this song. I make it my duty to share this album with everyone I can if they like decent music. Oh, and it usually mindfucks people when you tell them that Kasabian were THEIR support act!

PikeyAlchemist First time I saw these boys was 08-May-2003 at Bridlington Spa supported by Kings of Leon during on of their early visits to UK. Went to last gig in Leeds too. Sadly missed & should have been huge.

The lead singer is now the guitarist and backing singer for Kasabian. He basically Took Serge place, and Serge became frontman.

This is sad that a phenomenal band gets just 75k views in 16 years!!!!! That's the amount some artists get in one day!!!!!! Well - I guess it's not what you know, but who you know. Good news is that The Music is 500 times better than all those others - and lucky their not in this for the money...

for many years ,all the new musik ,was and stil are ,very alike eatch other.the music has a destinctive sound and i belive in that just in being original and honest,is so rear now that ,just that could be and would be enough but they are also always true to them selves.and that is a reer thing today . i really love these guys.a true beliver , i have become. after heering this band. they are just so fucking greath.
