A lot of schools in the 50s era had makeshift fallout shelters in the basements. My middle school and highschool had them, they were installed in the 50s but the schools were built in the 1920s

My guess is that there was a baseball game. Given the mits and baseball bats. During the game, when the bombs drop they all ran to the school for safety.

1 and 2 would be great, harder to cut engaging visuals out of them though. Not much you can really do in Tactics though, you could probably cover the whole story in 2-3 videos. Although going through and figuring out what is canon versus non-canon could make a good series.

Christopher Kirkland Yeah, I like it a lot, it was concise but I felt it added a lot to the lore. Main problem is that it conflicts wit a lot of canon - but like I said, just exploring the canon status of the story would make a great miniseries.

Hi Oxhorn! You probably already know this but just in case, you've mentioned in previous videos that your companions are mortal and can die, there is one companion who can't be killed, a good karma companion named Fawkes, the one we meet when doing the main story of fallout 3. I've literally hit him with a mini nuke just to see how he'd fair and his health never budged. He can go unconscious but that's it. He usually steals all my kills but he is the best companion to have in my opinion. Also I'd love for you to do a video on him if there is any lore on his past!

Bethesda made the decision to have looping dungeons due to players complaining about how Oblivions dungeons took so long to get out of. Great for people who like to hoard like me.

Designing fun dungeons in games is very difficult. It needs to feel real while also presenting enough of a unique feel to not be generic. Having all of your dungeons loop is a good way of doing this, as it allows you direct the dungeon in more unique ways than if you just had to backtrack out, while also letting them be longer. Of course, every Nordic ruin having a fire exit or every office building having a convenient hole in the floor does detract from the authenticity a bit, but it’s a good trade.

Do Cherry Bombs has any practical use? The children's skeletons may have been a sports team(s) at the school for weekend practice. There was a basket ball and a baseball bat found near them.

Ox the cherry bombs may also be a reference to the Simpsons as one famous scene has Bart placing a cherry bomb in a school toilet for a prank, causing all(most) of the toilets to overflow. I am not sure but maybe.

So, ever since I started watching Oxhorn videos when I play Fallout 4 I can imagine Oxhorn narrating me play; like if I find a box or a locked door I imagine Oxhorn saying something like "If you venture to right of the area you can a box locked with a very hard lock when we open it we find a stash of chems inside." I know it sounds hella weird, but does anybody else do it? Does anybody want a video about Deacon? He's my favorite companion.

16:35 the students’ parents may have been killed that day or they got separated and the only place they really knew of would be school. So they ran to school and they might’ve found other students and/or teachers.

I won’t spoil too much for you, but there ARE ghosts in almost all the fallout games. Fallout 1 or 2 had ghosts, maybe both. I know for a fact there’s a ghost in nuka world. And in base fallout 4 a certain hole in the ground gives you flashbacks of the prewar people who worked there...there also is perhaps an Erdrich god who gave you those visions of the people but hey, hope you go find these things for yourself. Or look em up on the wiki.

The skeletons in the tunnel could be explained because schools are used as shelters during storms so they may have been used when the bombs dropped but there should have been more and adults as well so idk

No matter what one might think or not think about Fallout 3, I have to give at least 1 good point to Fallout 3 for making Jericho so awesome. He curses, he smokes if given cigarettes, he's bloody savage with his gun and he looks grim as hell. If he would be combined with the AI of Fallout 4 I'd have my perfect companion

I think those bones in the Tunnel, Oxhorn, were the baseball team that were there to train or to play a game. and the adult bones are the parents and or coachs.

The weight of your armor determines how much noise you make when you move. The enemies never "saw" you, they heard you coming. If you're wearing PA, you're extremely easy to detect whether or not you are sneaking.

I think the bodies in the tunnel are from a sports game that was taking place outside and they all went to the tunnel when the bombs dropped. It would explain all of the sports equipment they have.
