Amen. The Lord did caution us. We must seek with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. Matthew 7:13 “STRIVE to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I tell you, will attempt to enter but will not be strong enough.” We must stay close to the shepherd's teaching.

As far as I am concerned the man is right. He is not preaching anything that is not in the scriptures. It is a hard word because indeed it is not cheap grace. Grace is not cheap, it cost Jesus his life. Only a few will find it. He is not preaching anything about works. Scripture speaks about taken off and putting on . There will be many people in heaven because the saints of all ages will be there. In any era there will be people who will choose the narrow way. Don't take the man's words out of context. We are required to take off or leave all to follow Christ. If any man be in Christ old things are passed away behold all things are become new. God chooses us but we have a parallel responsibility to accept the way of the cross. A sermon is always a short exposition of a particular portion of the scripture.Be like the Bereans and search the scriptures for yourself. Look how Jesus preached his heart out and yet he was rejected by his own people. Look at how many of the original followers were turned off by his message. In the end only the twelve close companions remained and one was still a devil. It is indeed a narrow way.

What is the truth to salvation then?

Great sermon, for those who try to copy this, this isn't your sermon. This was the Holy Sprit working through Dr. Lawson. Just like you can't copy Paul Washer's sermon. Take what the Holy Sprit is doing through Dr. Lawson and let it be applied to your life.

Matthew has no church doctrine. Christ came for Israel. He told his disciples to NOT preach to the Gentiles, but only to the "lost sheep of the house of Israel." Everything Christ taught in Matthew was Kingdom doctrine--how to live in the Davidic Kingdom where Christ would physically sit on the throne of David and rule Israel. Same with Mark, Luke and John. Church doctrine was revealed only to Paul. Peter, James, and John wrote to Israel. Israel is the only object of Christ's first coming.

He'll never tell you that the narrow gate is a person and that's Jesus Christ enter in through trusting in Him alone and you shall be saved the wide gate is what he's telling you he saw you to give up your life that's the wide gate it sounds right but in the end it's destruction

don't seem to find anything wrong about his sermon here, if this man is doing or performing sign and wonders and teach a shallow or superficial message, it will be okay, am not surprised to find folks saying all kinds of nasty stuff about the preacher, the preacher is like a waiter, and what does a waiter do? This entire ch7 has to do with the requirement of the law and proverbs. Which is the will of Christ for deciples

If you notice his sermons are all about scaring and placing fear in your hearts to make you want to work really hard for your salvation this man is truly easily spotted by someone who is saved who is saved indeed I am saved because I have rested in the Lord remember guys it's The Obedience of one that brings many unto salvation And the reason why the Lord can bring you to heaven and to have eternal life is because he did all the work and you are resting in him your hope is in the Lord Jesus Christ and not in your life and not in your behavior but in his life his perfect life was enough to imputed righteousness unto you unto those two would by faith alone trust in Christ alone obviously this man who is preaching is not trusting in Christ alone cuz he's telling you in a way that should shake you and put fear into you that's what these men you do that's why you keep coming back to his church hoping that God will accept you when the father has already accepted what Christ has done pay for all of your sin past present and future put your faith in what he did and you shall be saved this man does not like this that's why he hates the gospel this man hates the true gospel Jesus Christ he is a heretic and he will burn in hell forever more

You know why Jesus said blessed are those who hunger for righteousness because they know they have no rights asness of their own and that the only way they can have righteousness is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ but this man won't tell you this cuz he doesn't want you to get saved this man is used this is probably one of the the most dangerous man out there because everyone believes he's telling the truth but I can see right through this evil snake

This guy knows absolutely nothing about the sermon on the mount! As soon as he started explaining, be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect, I knew right then he had no understanding of this sermon preached by Jesus.

Did you notice he didn't bring up that they were adding to Salvation their works and you cannot add any work of righteousness Bible clearly says it's not a VAR righteousness but of him who giveth Mercy he didn't save us because of our righteousness tell this man to go to hell everyone in this church tell this man he can go to hell walk out of this church right now and you will be a better off put your faith in Christ alone without any works and you shall be saved
