Does anyone else FEEL they are 10 years ahead, like they've time-line jumped, yet they are still having to live their daily lives as usual? That's how I feel, and it makes my stomach feel sick and wrenching. Like, why am I still in this old life, old housing, old places/people? I've changed but my surroundings haven't, yet. What a trippy feeling. Uncomfortable.

Yes …I feel Like I need to either be quiet and stay in nature or I don’t shut up & try to understand others and same time look for ways to help others but I become very angry and triggered for stupid stuff ….i consistently return to check my mirrors & assess …& continue to want to learn more when I’m on own xx going deeper with yoga & surfacing more awareness xx it’s a confusing time …am I mentally ill …do I have depression …or is it that i no longer can deal with situations now my energy is changing xx

I've literally been having lightening feelings in my body the last week or so. At the same time found out my mother (who has alcohol addiction) has cancer and I feel I have some huge lessons that I'm learning. Big shocks indeed ❤
