By far the best looking Corvette I've ever seen. WOW. The exterior stance and the subtle low key colors, make this thing absolutely stunning! Although, I really wish Corvette would have given the option for a pushrod engine. The best thing about American engines, (Harley V-twin engines and pushrod V8 engines) is the sound. The sound of an American V-twin or an American V8, is unmatched by anything else in the world. Since the new trend of motorcycles and now car companies (starting with Ford) using the "cross plane" crankshaft configuration, the sound of engines just isn't the same. The Yamaha R1 has a cross plane engine, and the new Hayabusa has a regular crankshaft configuration. If you go and listen, you'll hear a massive difference. Cross plane crankshafts create an odd firing angle which removes the beautiful, rich, organic sound, and it turns the sound into a "digital pulsing" sound, similar to a computer generated sound clip.

That rear wing and wide body completely changes the profile of the car. I'm not the biggest fan of the stock C8 but the Z06 with the wide body and now this black beauty are starting to change my mind.

Same here. The C7 was gorgeous and they destroyed the looks with the C8. The rear end of the C8 is my least favorite part of the car.

@@beenslackinslumpI'm talking about Covettes V8 packages not custom tuned or mods, when the C8 was released it was only available with 450hp the C7 has 650hp, sure newer engine options will be available but just like everything else manufacturers don't usually release their best models right away

That is the best looking wing I've ever seen on a coupe anything, best looking car I've seen in a long time. It aggressive yet balanced from head to toe kind of makes me think of an old nsx with the way that wing sits and compliments the lines.
