You know , you got a lot of good point and im with you especially on unpopular cars i miss them and drag races in ug1 is too crazy and fun and yeah more game modes is a very welcome edition and lastly fuck battlefield it's so bad and get treated like the spoiled kid and nfs.... Treated like it's trash man ea really have the worst minds working in their management

To this day i feel like need for speed turned into a basic race game, is trying to get the same boom as ug or mw had in his time, but even with those amazing games in the series, they changed a lot that doesnt even feel like they're copying that formula but instead trying to make something new and failing in the attempt. I dont know how to explain me but it doesnt have his own essence, it just feels basic and plain, also i hate the physics in the latest games

You forgot the Canyon races from Nfs Carbon man those were the best also it's one of my most favourite Need For speed game of all time enjoyed it a lot in my childhood tho Ug2 was the one which introduced me to Cars and is the reason i am a car guy today

Rivals was the LAST real NFS to me because it was an attempt (after 2010 that had those uneccessary gadgets and my least favourite "pursuit songs") to a comeback of my favourite NFS era from 1994-2000 and if I SEE ANOTHER WEWANTNFS VID I WILL HUNT WHOEVER DID THIS AS A DOG. NFS WAS DESTROYED BACK WHEN A CURLY-HAIRED YTBER WAS SPITTING ON RIVALS NONSTOP.

I highly doubt they will do another game based off the 90s - 2000 Era since like 80% of the fanbase doesn't care for that style of game and would get turned off due to no customization, the super car bias, and the lack of story. Also no, NFS was destroyed when Most Wanted 2012 released.

@@Ghost-510-z2z NO, I am right, the Rivals hate ruined NFS because it prompted another Underground Game which was A DRM GAME no less!! "80% don't care about that style" And that's EXACTLY why I cut ties with NFS. If I can't have in peace then NFS isn't for me anymore.

@@Ghost-510-z2z Why are you saying sh-t that pseudo-MW ruined the franchise when 2015 did it?! With DRM, worse crash scenes than Rivals, no pause menu and no difference of sense of speed even when you uprgade a car in 2015 to the max?!

@@Ghost-510-z2z that's the sad truth unfortunately,the majority of the fanbase doesn't even know those games exist and some dismiss them just because they have stock exotics and countryside. All these people want is just NFS to be a glorified ricing simulator.

Battlefield used to be good until EA did the stupid with their shenanigans like layoffs and corporate meddling only to cost them their loss of veterans that made the frostbite engine good enough for Battefield to handle physics based environmental destruction in a big open field. Now without the talent, EA really is biting more than they can chew on that issue. As for swapping engines, not even that simple better for worse impossible because of that ridiculously tight deadline for Criterion to meet. Had the suits been hands off to let them finally have room to breath and take way more time on developing the game then they would’ve made bank but nope

To add to that: They barely fixed Frostbite at all and it’s holding the devs back without any proper overhauling and resources needed to be well preprared. Capcom is able to make a really damn good engine same as Fromsoft. How the hell EA screwed up so badly with making Frostbite a proprietary engine so unreliable and a major thorn on the devs back to work with? BioWare had problems with it on Anthem and Mass Effect Andromeda, DICE which is just a shell of its former self needing extra studios to help make BF, and Criterion is pretty much a support studio. EA needs to fix their overall mess
