What if I would tell you that Visualization is real and you can make use of it in any endeavor of your life.
Visualization and imagination are what sets us apart from the animal kingdom but most of us don't even consider the power of Visualization. And often that's because the idea just seems too childish. But it indeed works and not in the almost magical way that self-proclaimed gurus on the internet.

I'm surprised when he says most people can't do extended periods beyond 15 seconds... yet we all dream. I feel he is being modest about the potential.

Hmmm I would say that doing brief visualizations are good for goal settings and creativity, but visualizations done for longer minutes which is usually done through meditation (and yes visualization meditation is an actual style) can be quite healing and can also help with visualizing future goals and feelings etc until your mind (specifically the subconscious mind) gets it.

Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ since I was a kid I could get lost in extended visualization… is that unusual? I just can’t hear sound just like in dreams 😅

He could have but he has the choice of being the bestower of knowledge to deliver it the way he deems fit. We get so much information that we stop feeling grateful for it, else no knowledge would ever be powerful or neither will they change us!
