The Porsche 911 Dakar is a combination of a sports car and an SUV. It was revealed two months ago in the Los Angeles Auto Show and pays homage to the 911 that won the Dakar Rally in 1984. The Dakar features robust accents and added protection elements, including a stronger grille, reinforced carbon fiber bumper, a massive towing eye, and extra skid plates for off-roading. It rides on a staggered wheel setup with Pirelli Scorpion tires, has a fixed spoiler made of carbon fiber, and a massive matte black bumper with towing eye. The car has a 3-liter twin turbo flat-6 engine with 480 horsepower and 570 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive. It has a starting price of 200k EUR, but with upgrades the final price can easily exceed 250k EUR. The Dakar has driving modes such as "normal", "sport", "rally", and "off-road", and a specialized suspension setup for exceptional off-road capabilities.
