As you can guess I am catching up on past films, think this series on LT Dan is brilliant, after retiring this year I am finally able to catch up on past projects that you've done. Like everyone I love the banter and camaraderie, just wish the rest of the world treated everyone the same you and your mates treat each other.

This episode could be called Abbot and Costello build a beast of a dump truck! Lt Dan is looking great, perhaps MBTS could learn to drive it and take his CDL test in it, although the examiner would probably frown on the booster seat.

WOW1 I had to watch this one twice before comment. "BIG CONGRATULATIONS" is 1st & this got put on earlier than I thought (still digging weather out there!) So yeah, happy for ya! The bunch of ARMY Deuce & a Half's around that were MANUAL steering, removable roof and a trans cover in the center floor of the cab (16 - 1/2" bolts) for access. I watched the build of the bed now I went to the wedding! Thanks for the invite!

It was nice to see LT Dan coming together . If MBTS has a problem with his rod sticking he should be using Lincoln Excalibur 7018 . It was designed to reduce that .

By golly, it's only been about 6 months but that bed finally found it's home! lol. I was thinking it was going to start showing signs of rust before it got placed on the frame. Looking good, can't wait to see it get some of that paint wore off!

That truck is looking good. Man, after you get the wheels on the lift axle and it all buttoned up, it's going to be a show stopper. It'll look just as good on a job site as it will rolling down the highway. Awesome for sure.

LT. Dan is looking beastly. The stacks look like they should be closer to the cab? This would allow the tarp roller to sit squarely on the top edge of the bed. It would also allow the light bar to shine more light on the road and less on the top of the cab.

Mike, love the truck build so much it hurts.. As some others have said the truck needs something to make it Pop like Military super single tires and shiny Aluminum Alcoha wheels or.. if they even make S.S. beauty rings and Chrome lug nuts. Lastly if it were possible have those custom made Exhaust Stacks you built CHROMED! Tires & Wheels make the truck, IMHO. Can't imagine how much you have into by now but every penny spent is well worth it. I love 6X6 trucks.

Looking good DP. The one part I wish you had recorded was getting Lt. Dan back into the shop without mirrors.

This is gonna be sweet. Not sure if it is finished yet. Reminds me of the trucks in my son's platoon. He is Lt. for USMC in Okinawa responsible for a platoon of soldiers taking care of and using 7 ton trucks.

I don't care if you just set the bed as of last night or a couple videos back I thought I saw it on the back of Lt. Dan then which means a video soon coming with a hydraulic tank, fenders and doors etc., and rolling some coal out of the stacks! I'm thinking even though not highlighted, a cab guard and some protection for that back glass. It doesn't need to extend over the top of the cab, but something to keep tree roots and limbs, debris of sorts, from rapping it hard. Then again if you could get that guard to go over the top of the cab, I think it would look sharp. Maybe get a artist to draw it so you could see before committing to it. I sure do hope that you can air condition all the equipment before its all said and done.. This takes the pain out of the costs involved to make this come true. As small as captain Kleeman is, he will look like a dwarf in the cabin. As much as you might want to, I would go with just the mandatory lights and not get too crazy hanging lights to get knocked off. I could feel and enjoy the energy it gave you men to see it all together!! So congratulations men on a well done job and best of all enjoy working together
