Been using Lakitu, Mr. Scooty, Azure Wheels, and Cloud/Plane Glider since before the expansion. I just wanted to have as much turbo as possible and be faster on the turns rather than straightaways lol It feels great seeing this compete in high level 🔥😎

lol I started using it because it feels good and was curious why Kusaan switched to it. It also help me learn Niscs. seems to have a slightly larger margin for error.

Have you tried that combo with Inkling Boy / Male Villager / Tanooki Mario? I like the extra weight, since that combo is so much lighter than Teddy Buggy.

Less invicibility, less weight, and the advantages compared to yoshi teddybuggy are tiny. Not worth it for me

Same. It’s only worth it if you can pull off some really risky mini turbo Strats. Even then Teddybuggy is better (or Yoshi bike if you’re an inside drift freak like I am).

7:54 I think you should do a video showing the comparisons between all the drifting styles. Especially if it's only a Teddy/Wild Wiggler/Standard ATV thing instead for the whole ATV class like Inkstriker. At least, Shortcat with his videos since his best combos video didn't seem to think it mattered that much. That and speaking of Shortcat, do you know exactly how the weight stat works? Since his latest video is about going for the 5 weight stat break-point but the Mario Wiki he cited doesn't seem to know for sure what that particular of the three stats even does, but it sounds like drift style would also effect things regardless if ATVs get bumped less to begin with. 11:09 Did you have a particularly aggressive style that single-handedly caused JPGivner's hatred of Mr.Scooty or something?

Shortcat just made a video on red shell cracking and then and even more minor weight stat differences after all. Though I'm guessing from a personal content creation angle it's not something you'd want to do.

That is super true and I meant to mention that but I completely forgot to! I would say the ATV drift style and the wall dodging aspect of scooty would negate one another in terms of how the kart just drives

depends how good you think your driving is compared to the lobbies you play in, if you think you're significantly better or significantly worse driving wise then I'd use scooty, if you're around the same I'd say Teddy Buggy, but honestly it's all up to preference
