Love that Jim got this new gig

Went to a taping of this show yesterday. Jim Jeffries was already my favorite comedian, but seeing him riff like he did yesterday just proves that the man is a comedic genius.

Jim Jefferies is an amazing stand up comedian, if you don't know him, check one of his special, he talks about variety of different subjects, like gun control and vaccinations. Edit: Yes, I know he made some stupid jokes too. I've seen the whole show, with that said he is still a very funny comedian.

its called cost shifting. The cost of people not paying, for example, the emergency room, is moved to people with insurance. Hospitals would not survive without cost shifting. the ACA has alleviated many reason for cost shifting by offer preventative care to those that need it the most.

You would think that a nation with so many weapons, would actually want a top health care programm that everyone can afford.

I really hope Jim can keep his persona moving into this kind of gig. Having a hard to judging so far, but will keep an eye out for this show for sure! Hey Jim, if you're reading this - I think you are awesome! I'm just hoping you'll not be great, but keep being awesome, by not just telling funny jokes (that is great), but also combine it with some of that cold hard truth telling you do so much better than anyone I know. I'd say that is one of the things that really make you different from a lot of other comedians. In every special you've released, it always shows through every now and then, that you really care about certain topics. You say it as it is, and you're dead serious about it. It's very powerful, and it has earned you a lot of my respect they way it seems a lot of your humor is based off of smart, rational and compassionate thinking, ending up in some seriously good points (whether it's regarding gun control, religion, science or what have you). JIMMY!!!
