Hi Tracey, These two cards are fabulous !! I love the complementary colours you have used on each one, also the stamping is gorgeous, and the 'piece de resistance' for me, is the gold gilding around the edges, what a fantastic effect that gives. I really like the round gelli plate, it lends quite a special look with the fairy stamp. And the gold touches are great!

I suppose a square gelli plate could be masked with a circular aperture and the result would be the same. All gelli print techniques are lovely.

You could use a square one and use a circle cutter set at the size you want to get the same circle

Just received my round gelli plate today and cant wait to try it out. Just one question, what sort of drying time do you have once you have started with the distress ink and it has been placed on the plate? I haven't been able to find where to buy your gellie starter kit. Could someone let me know please. At first I just didn't think it was that cool. Then I watched a bunch of tutorials and I am hooked. Need now. Haha

@@LaviniaStampsVideos hi i do love your stamps and watch some otjers I used to love seeing the stamps at create and craft at NEC sadly covid means travel to UK is harder past few years. This time I was looking specifically for vidoes on round gel plates and found this one. It maybe well worth redoing something similar not so many round gel plate vidoes out there, and your stamps really do work well on those lovely circles of ink.
