I'm honestly fine with wrestlers showing emotion after winning big matches. I think this is relatively tame compared to some of the antics DeSanto pulled, such as trying to break Micic's arm at 2018 NCAAs.

If it’s not too disrespectful to the opponent fine but that could also fire up future competition to come back and beat you/ push you harder. Which is good for you as well.

DeSanto’s wrestling was great for the sport of wrestling, his unsportsmanlike conduct, not so much. Emulate guys like Bo Nickal, Jason Nolf. Win or lose with class and grace. Thug mentality has no place in the sport of wrestling; no reason to celebrate it.

Desanto was definitely not great for the sport of wrestling. He was often out of control, he disrespected his opponents and his own coaches, lost important team points, and did very stupid things that could have ended badly in terms of critical injury to his opponents.
