And the thing is, people are talking about all the players GB lost. Who did we lose besides Aaron Jones that was a significant contribution to the team in 2023-24? Campbell was invisible, Bak never played, both Owens and Savage were liabilities AND we got a huge upgrade at the position, and Jon Runyan was the worst starter on the OL. The Packers are already a better team than they were at the end of last season simply by getting rid of players that weren't good for us. Then they went and signed Josh Jacobs and Xavier McKinney and got rid of Barry. This team is a dark horse contender.

Hoping Green Bay will add another good pass catching running back on the draft. I really like the states of GB’s wide receiver group and the tight ends but I think the Packers could still use another pass catching threat in the running back room.

I see the sort of passing skills in Jordan Love that Tager Staubach had when he started out in the NFL. He has the passing touch and feel for the game that will make him a front rank quarterback ln the coming yearsI've been a Packer Backer since 1966, and I am very opyimistic about the club. One thing not pointed out by this video is, the Packers are the only team in the NFL that I can find who can run ANY offensive formation set and KILL IT. Think about it. The Packers can run the football in the pro-set and play-action off it as good as any NFL team. The Packers can line up in a Patriots style Dual-Tight-End formation with Pro-Bowl level Musgrave/Kraft which would give us all flash-backs to Belichick's best Patriots teams. The Packers can run 3, 4, FIVE Wide Receiver sets due to their incredible depth at WR. Possibly the deepest WR's in football. Watson/Doubs/Reed/Wicks/Melton. Each of these WRs took their turns last year having big games when other WRs sat with injuries. The Packers offense is literally the most versatile in the NFL due to their talent level. There isn't an offensive formation they can't run as good as any other team runs their native formations. How can a defense prepare for an offense like this? You bring your defense out with any plan you want. Try to go man-coverage and stack the box? Watson kills you deep. Try to zone and cover-2 deep with an extra safety? Packers will run it down your throat with power in a 2-TE set and play-action pass if any safeties cheat up. Musgrave is a speedster at TE and can run a post route if asked to. Kraft is a sure-handed relief valve if you blitz. The Packers can switch up on any defense in the league. If your team is lopsided in talent at one unit, the Packers can game plan to nullify you because they have the talent to run any offense. Run and shoot (4 WR sets). Greatest show on turf (3 WR + HB jack-of-all-trades). Power Bear running (Power-I with dual TE). Backfield dump off (to beat blitzing). Vertical 50 yard passes. And more. The WR's Doubs and Wicks run incredibly precise mid-routes and are absolutely deadly in the red zone (see the playoffs). The Tight Ends both were phenoms in their rookie year and just think, they're going to get better. Brian Gutekunst and his scouting department at this moment I think have to grade out as the best in the NFL right now due to the past 3-4 drafts and building the youngest playoff team since 1970. Another brain burning thing is......the Packers have 11 draft picks next week including 5 in the top 100. If the Packers have a draft in 2024 like they did in 2023, we could be looking at the best team in football over the next 4-5 years, barring injuries of course.

Changing to a 1 high 4-3 with this roster was genius. It buys Clark more opportunity and elongates his career. Devonte Wyatt next to him. Quay is more than ready for the added responsibilities whether he stays inside or goes outside. I think Isaiah Mcduffie should feel comfortable considering this system and coach both coming from his alma mater. I wonder if his drafting was foreshadowing a bit by Gutekunst. At edge we have Gary, Smith w/ Vaness, Enagbare for depth. Jaire will thrive playing man more he seems to be buying in. McKinney up top. Offseason has been a B - B+. Letting Aaron Jones go when he signed a cheap deal with the Vikings was a miss. We could have signed him and had the best 1-2 punch in the league! Overall tho, it's been an amazing offseason.
