I thought it was a funny coincidence that MLP all happened to have solo streams featuring Minecraft, and it was really sweet how Pomu and Millie supported Luca both on stream and offline. Putting aside the mistake Luca made, it makes sense how this happened: world gen often changes to some degree between versions. Hell, I nuked my own single player world that way. Forgot to swap versions back to 1.17 from 1.18 after looking at the world gen changes, opened my single player world and the game freaked out and crashed. Reloaded on the the proper version and there was a fuck-off huge hole full of ocean right smack in the middle of where my house and nether portal used to be.

Ngl, Pomu rushing to the library and saying "We still have Uki's treehouse on here!" and "It existed! It did!" really got me honestly. Like an archaeologist finding evidence of something that they had a hunch about, lmao. Makes me wonder, on a non-livestreamed Minecraft server, stuff like these libraries are actually valuable. I wonder if those maps could be used to rebuild a lost building like that.

I feel so bad for Luca.. I'd feel incredibly shitty if I did this, so I can only imagine. Glad the other members have his back though :')

I love Niji EN. Luca is right, he's so lucky to have them as friends. I just hope he'd let go of the guilt, coz everyone would help in rebuilding. And to be frank, everyone can make it better, especially with Iluna now so all can create more content out of rebulding and building new things. I also hope Pomu isn't just showing an "it's fine" face cuz she spent tons of hours too in Pomuniversal alone, and I'd feel for her being sad since I had watched her live in almost all of her Minecraft streams. But we know this fairy and her love for Minecraft. She'll definitely make things better along with other members.

Honestly, I'd mark this as a good thing that this happened. As someone else commented, the faulty backup system was a ticking timebomb that were very likely going to seriously screw everyone over eventually, and the fact that Luca managed to expose this massive fault in a manner that only resulted in a relatively small portion of people's work being lost is in all actuality a best case scenario. As long as the admins take note of the damage that can be done and improve their backup system, I honestly think this will ultimately be a good thing for the NijiEN server in the long run.

Poor Luca. I know how that feels, to be responsible for screwing up other peoples work; it's just awful. I'm glad the whole gang is being supportive and making the most of it. NijiEN continues to be incredibly wholesome and deranged at the same time.

The poor guy spent 6 hours removing the biome and flattening everything out I had no idea minecraft would do this, its crazy it can mess up this easy and spawn a whole new biome over already existing things. Its a shame the backups werent working properly, but at least they can pay attention to backups going forward. Learning experience And it does mean they have more room to build new things, try new things and have the new members build amongst them too. Luca was doing his best to make up for it. Also!! Its so cool pomus library has documentation of the 1st iteration of the world!

I almost really crying while watching until I got to Millie's part 😂 seriously though, that was an accident. It's normal to be sad, it's even normal to be mad, but only blaming someone will not changing anything, it already happened. let past be the past and keep moving forward. that's what a real 'family' are. sometimes we argue but when one of the member make a mistake we forgive each other in the end anyway and then working together to rebuild what we lost.
