I remember watching the Fender Bender 500 back in the 90s when I was very young as I love seeing the characters from Hanna Barbera face each other in the race with Dick Dastary and Muttley still cheating just in Wacky Race. I really wished this series is finally released onto complete DVD at last because it deserved it.

Pretty cool. Can't believe I hadn't seen a single episode until now. Also, nice to see that the witch isn't a damsel in distress.

The FENDER BENDER 500 should've been a whole half hour series instead of a five minute and ten second segment of WAKE RATTLE AND ROLL.

@@samuelbrown7831 TY. it's too bad Daws Butler wasn't alive when this cartoon came out; he could've done the voices of Yogi Bear, Huckleberry Hound, Snagglepuss, Quick Draw MacGraw, Babalooey, Dixie Mouse, and Augie Doggie. Sadly, Daws died in May 1988 of a cardiac arrest at 71. His death was a terrible loss to Hanna-Barbera but not as terrible a loss as Don Messick when he died on October 24, 1997 also at 71. Don not Daws was no. 1 voice man at Hanna-Barbera.

Just like the WACKY RACES. Only the they drive in trucks rather than cars and all the racers are regular Hanna-Barbera characters from other shows.

@@RiseHickey Dick Dastardly yelled: "Curses" when Winsome Witch won the blind date. Maybe he was mad that the blind date wasn't the treasure he hoped for. But then again he should've been glad he didn't win such a lame prize.

If you mean the one with Dick Dastardly, it's Muttley. If you mean the blue one, that's Huckleberry Hound, or the orange ones, Doggie Daddy and Augie Doggie.

Well, it is sort of a copy, but it's actually a pretty interesting copy, heck I even imagine in Japan, Bandai would make an Arcade Game based off of this, cause you know they have it in Japan...

Sorry, I must of misunderstood your comment. Dick Dastardly & Muttley was the reason why I watched FB 500 too. DD was a rotten guy. But a lovable rotten guy.

brian sedlock Very true!Dick Dastardly is one of my favourite characters!To me, he’s the greatest villain of all time!He is evil, but he has a sweet side to him!

@@ScoobyDoolover99 He's one of my favourites too, along with Muttley. I feel like Dastardly is the reason we have more comedic villains these days, such as Doofenshmirtz (Phineas and Ferb), the Ice King (Adventure Time), Yzma (The Emperor's New Groove), and the Box Ghost (Danny Phantom), just to name a few.

@@alicewiegold4425 I just adore Dastardly!! To me, he is funny, sweet, evil, handsome, cute, dashing, debonair, despicable, dishonest, devilish, loyal, and brave!! And here are two cool facts! Fact number one is that Dastardly is 33 (I asked him in a dream I had once) and fact number two is that he is best friends with George Jetson from The Jetsons. George is my favourite character from The Jetsons so I thought, wouldn’t it be cool if they were friends or best friends?! They have so much in common with each other. They like to watch television, jog, read, paint/make art, help each other, and learn new things! They have such a great chemistry and go well together! They’re two of a kind!

@@ScoobyDoolover99 You know, that would be really interesting, and quite a surprise as well. I can see any other Hanna-Barbera character being really confused by this, like for example: Quick Draw: Wait, you're friends with Dick Dastardly? The most rottenist of cheats? George Jetson: What's wrong with having a friend? Huckleberry: Nothing, it's just it's Dastardly. George Jetson: And? Huckleberry: ... good for you!

@@alicewiegold4425 Yeah, I can see where you’re coming from, that other Hanna Barbera characters would be slightly confused that they’re friends. I think, to me, that the other characters think it’s cool that they are friends. I respect you opinion on this!!
