Fun fact: Resident Evil Revelations was originally made for 3DS and was the very first game to make use of the Circle Pad Pro. There were eventually multiple HD ports, but for a while it was a 3DS exclusive

5:00 thats because the stylus moving inside the 3DS creates vibrations that the microphone pics up as sound. there is no sensor inside the stylus hole.

3ds is one of the best handhelds hell even console due to how upbeat it is. The 3ds’s OS is so good that the switch’s OS seems like a tech demo.

Soccer Shootout wasn't the last 3DS game, released on 28th October 2021, Silver Falls Gaiden/Ruby Rivers, released on March 9th 2023, 18 days before the eShop closed.

Side Fact about the Ambassadorship:They had to stop giving it out as soon as the price drop happened to avoid people getting both the price drop & The free games. BUT!- Due to Pricing of different outlets (for example Walmart) had Early priced drops a day early. In doing so, Many people were able to get the best of both worlds. I was one of them :3

8:58 is a fact that is slightly off. That is actually NOT the last eShop game. The last eShop game released was Silver Falls Gaiden 3D, sold for $17.

I Pre-ordered my 3ds in January 2011 but could not connect to the internet in time. So that meant I couldn't get into the ambassador program for some reason. After finding out that out, I spent the next decade trying to get my money's worth but I never got into the program at all

Just got mine for $79 lol I'm so happy. It's all opinions in the end. Psp, gameboy, ds, etc are all good. Even with their flaws. Grab them while you can.

nintendo 3ds was not nintendo's first system to display 3d graphics without special glasses. that happened way back at the n64. even in handhelds, the regular ds could do it too as proven by super mario 64 ds

Question why exactly was the eShop closed down? I don't see any reason why they couldn't just keep it running. I mean not like it matters because no one plays the 3ds's but still curious.
