The Nui Nui is a sweet and delicious tiki cocktail that's perfect for colder weather. Made with Rum, Orange juice, and Spices like All Spice Dram, this drink is perfect for celebrating a festive season or just drinking on a cold day! So make sure to give this cocktail a try the next time you're feeling fancy!
In this video, I will show you how to make the Nui Nui Cocktail, which was created by Don the Beachcomber in the 1930s. Then brought to life by Jeff Beachbum Berry in his book Sippin Safari.
How to make the Nui Nui Tiki Cocktail;
22.5ml Lime Juice
22.5ml Orange Juice
10ml Monin Cinnamon Syrup
10ml Monin Vanilla Syrup
Dash Elemakule Tiki Bitters
60ml Category 4 Aged Column Still Rum
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
