in times when a trigger event happen if i do not do compulsions its slows down - gone. but even if accidently 1 compulsions behavior/ actions happens. it feels like to i have to complete the compulsions cycle. compulsion like 4-8-16-12-18 times same thing repeating. it feels like it i stop compulsions in between numbers the feel like its partially completed. can i recover during the compulsions without complete the total complete runs.

You won’t recover doing compulsions.
