I'm definitely confused why any of these were removed. They add so much to him, like the quality assurance episode and when he prints the schrute bucks. Without these, he doesn't feel like a well-built, shirtless character at all.

I think I know why they didn’t add all these references from the grass roots It’s cause of that scene where holly and Michael left the door open in the office and a bunch of their stuff got stolen He mentions “No one steals from Creed Bratton, last person who did? Creed Bratton” So he effectively kills the real Creed Bratton and takes up his name

They seemed to remove all scenes with him referring to the grassroots. Maybe they thought it would make creed seem too real😂😂😂

And to this day Creed Bratton didn't even had to act, he was just being himself.
