0:47 fuck me I have never seen someone pull faces with such subtle ingenuity and creativity as Gervais. I pissed myself at just that little glimpse of the face he pulled for about 10 minutes.

The way Gervais and Merchant riff here is pretty much like the great comedy double acts of yesteryear, even down to Gervais being short and fat and merchant being tall, its kind of a shame they didnt do more of this theyre so quick together the comedy chemistry is perfect. If theyd lived in the 1960s they couldve been a southern morecombe and wise.
