I just realized they totally tricked me with this title. Looked up some info on Oppenheimer cause of the recent movie, this popped up and I thought "oh this ought to be funny", watched the whole thing, and it wasn't until the end that I realized that he never talked about Oppenheimer once, and they only threw that into the title cause of the movies popularity lmao

Even his New World Order used to be funny back before it essentially became The View (But With Swearing). Considering he made his name as a counter-cultural icon of offense and provocation I can't believe his hypocrisy over the last few years, toeing the safe little BBC line like he was Michael fucking McIntyre or something... At least Ricky is one of the few who refuses to compromise his approach to comedy for the sake of ratings. Since Bill Burr also went woke Ricky and Dave Chapelle are among the few mainstream comedians left with any integrity...

When my husband and I were stationed in Japan in 1990 a very old Japanese man came up to him and thanks him profusely for dropping the bomb. My husband looked very confused and asked why would you thank me for something so horrible. The old man said that he had already lost two son's in the war and by dropping the bomb and ending the war, we saved his last son's life. Talk about an odd twist of reality. This man was grateful for some so awful.

I love dogs more than I could ever love a human, but even for me that's going a bit too far. I mean, you don't even get life in prison for abandoning a baby (unless it dies in the process). Obviously crimes against humans have to be punished far more severely than crimes against animals, otherwise it would make a mockery of society. Having said that, I do agree that the penalty for abandoning a dog should be way more severe than it is, not least involving a rule that the person doing it should never be allowed to own a live animal ever again as well as a huge fine.

200,000 Japanese lost their lives by the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. What is not discussed is that they were warned. Had they surrendered the a-bomb would not have been dropped. Also not often discussed is that the number of potential casualties in a ground war between the Japanese, Americans and Russians (yes the Russians were involved) is estimated to have been as much as 32 million. The Japanese mindset was to never surrender and fight to the last. Nearly half of the civilian casualties on Okinawa were from suicide to prevent capture. 94,000 Japanese and 12,000 American soldiers died in that conflict alone. As horrific a incident as was the atomic bombing of Japan because of their mindset at the time as hard as it may be to want to believe the a-bomb actually saved many many more lives than it took... ‘Jesus killed your puppy...’ Seriously Ricky?! You’ve gone a way too far ‘round the bend this time and have lost me permanently...

Actually that definition of science is wrong. It proves nothing. What it does, is give us the best possible explanations of the natural world until new information is discovered or understood. Science changes as we find more understanding about a certain subject or discipline.
